Company Philosophy

We have a simple philosophy, to provide a range of quality products that we have or would have at home ourselves. Quite simply we only sell products we have complete confidence in to provide a long and reliable service life. Good old fashioned value for money.

Customer Service

As a local family business providing value for money products, it really goes without saying that quality customer service is one of our core values. We like to treat customers (and our suppliers) the way we would wish to be treated ourselves, we also take pride in giving good honest advice, this might not result in ‘a sale’ but  feel this is a much better long term strategy. When things go wrong – thankfully this is fairly rare, but most of our customers understand that things don’t always go 100% to plan, in these circumstances communication is the key to a successful outcome.

Kitchens to ‘suit every budget’

Sometimes people visit our showrooms in St Andrew Street or even just look through the window and perceive that we only sell ‘expensive’ kitchens. This is far from true, whether a customer has £5,000 or up to £100,000 to spend on a new kitchen we will do our utmost to provide the best quality, beautifully and functionally designed, individual kitchen for them. Budget has no bearing on the care and attention we take with every project.

The kitchen industry is a ‘FASHION’ industry

At Clover Kitchens we understand that often brand names are important factors to customer’s thought processes when making decisions as to where to buy a new kitchen. Sure we have direct accounts with big name brands in the industry, such as Gaggenau, Miele, Siemens and Silestone, but we never lose sight of the fact that above all quality of product and design are more important factors than ‘the name’.

Company History

Elaine & Matt started Clover Kitchens in 2001 after many years of combined experience in the kitchen and appliance industry working for both retailers and manufacturers. The first showroom was acquired in 2004 located in Knebworth. This proved to be very successful and provided the foundations to acquire the new St Andrew House premises. These new premises enable us to show a wider range of products and give our customers a much better idea of the quality of work we do.
